My goal with interviewing Nina about her story was to figure out what influenced her to create her digital story. The best way to do this I thought was to focus on who Nina is as a person as well as what about her world inspired her to create it. This background information about Nina I thought was critical to be able to understand her perspective and purpose of her story. I was not only interested in where she found her inspiration for her story, but also the process she used in which she developed her story. Having the chance to hear her favorite and most challenging aspects of the development of her story can tell me a lot about her individual strengths and weaknesses.
